• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, therapies, and progress in alignment with facility standards and regulatory expectations
• Engage in multidisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure seamless and integrated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Acquired specialized certifications, such as in neurology or geriatrics, are beneficial but not mandatory
