Machine Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Manager (LLM).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of senior data scientists focused on ML-driven product development

Collaborate with senior leadership to define team roadmap and align priorities

Oversee experimentation, optimization, and data quality for model accuracy and reliability

Required Qualifications

1+ years managing data science teams; 6+ years in ML or data engineering

Strong background in applied statistics and model evaluation

Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Experienced in building and deploying production ML and deep learning pipelines

Familiar with LLMs and cloud / DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
