Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team, providing essential ambulatory behavioral health services. This role entails evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic intervention for individuals, families, groups, and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Assist in the administration, development, implementation, and evaluation of social work programs and policies.
- Conduct clinical consultations, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling utilizing evidence-based interventions such as crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapies, skills training, and family therapy.
- Interview members to assess their psychological and mental status using the latest DSM for accurate diagnosis and immediate referrals as needed.
- Assess and intervene in urgent or high-risk clinical situations, coordinating referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists as necessary.
- Develop and evaluate psychosocial assessments and service plans addressing mental health treatment needs.
- Support patients in enhancing their personal and social functioning while managing social issues.
- Educate clients about available behavioral health services and assist them in accessing these resources.
- Participate in therapeutic and educational group programs, assessing treatment outcomes for improvement.
- Research and document behavioral and interpersonal issues, proposing effective interventions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to review cases and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain clinical expertise and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health services.
- Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient information in compliance with departmental guidelines.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and departmental quality management activities.
- Conduct assessments in Emergency Departments after hours as needed.
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned.

Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, passing the clinical level national board examination, and supervised clinical social work training as mandated by Hawaii Revised Statues (HRS) 467E-7.License, Certification, Registration :
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required at hireNational Provider Identifier required at hireAdditional Requirements :
Experience providing evidence-based treatments, including individual and group therapy.Proficient in writing treatment plans and conducting assessments using the DSM.Strong skills in interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and effective communication.Taxonomy code required at time of hire.Must successfully complete the credentialing process upon hire.Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.Experience delivering behavioral health services in a primary care setting.Experience supporting patients with addiction issues.Experience in Consultation / Liaison Services to emergency departments.Location : Ala Moana, Honolulu, Hawaii
Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
