Part-Time Medical Office Assistant – Evenings & Weekends

Keta Medical Center LLC is seeking a Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistant to join our Ketamine clinic in Oradell, NJ.

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday : 5 : 30 pm – 8 : 30 pm
Saturday & Sunday : 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
(~25 hours per week)

Location :

This position is on-site at our Oradell, NJ office.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients with a professional, welcoming demeanor

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Answer phones and respond to ongoing prospective patient inquiries

Assist with tracking billing, payments, and medical records

Provide general administrative support to the clinical team

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of medical office experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

Experience handling scheduling, payments, and patient inquiries

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Compensation :

$40–$45 per hour , based on experience
