As a Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a leading technology location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying credentials, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals, and represent Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction. This position offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact in a dynamic and innovative setting.

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
