Your Role
We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Director to join Redbox, Crossmedia's analytics and business intelligence team. You will help lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions to evaluate and optimize marketing performance. Your expertise will guide clients in understanding the effectiveness of their media investments across various channels, driving strategic decisions and maximizing ROI.
As a senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Group Director to review project briefs, provide analytics leadership on client strategic challenges, and drive the development and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies. You will roll up your sleeves to analyze marketing mix models (MMM), design analytics frameworks, create data visualizations, optimize media investment, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the role of analytics in strategic marketing, and excited to build best-in-class measurement solutions across a portfolio of high-profile clients.

Requirements
Salary range is $120k - $150k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
