Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, launch, and optimization of commercial products, including billing configuration across ISO markets

Create and maintain accurate billing configurations for service locations, ensuring timely billing of significant monthly revenue

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product treatment and resolve escalated customer issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related area

Previous experience in the energy industry, particularly with wholesale energy markets

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access

Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
