NANA Healthcare Management is looking for a Office Manager to join our team in our Dunwoody office. The Office Manager to plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our clinic. Reporting to the Executive Clinical Director and Medical Director, this position ensures the administrative, scheduling, and organizational needs of the clinic are met with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Pay : $19-$20 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient daily function of the clinic.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, typing, copying, and scheduling.
- Schedule and assign client appointments and support the coordination of provider calendars.
- Serve as a professional point of contact—greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing email communication with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors (IT, phone, etc.).
- Support case management needs by assisting with medical record requests and correspondence with external providers.
- Create and manage client profiles in Kipu and send intake communications to new clients.
- Assist the clinical team with vitals and TMS setup once trained.
- Submit purchasing requests to Finance and coordinate with senior office managers as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement by developing and maintaining organizational systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and team success.
Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or office management experience (healthcare setting preferred).
Skills & Competencies :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact with diverse staff and clients.Problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills are essential.Why Join NANA as an Office Manager?
