🚀 Why You’ll Love This Role

  • 💸 Earn $18 / hr (English) or $19.50 / hr (Bilingual – Spanish)
  • 🏠 Hybrid Schedule available starting February (based on performance)
  • 💼 Monday–Friday only – No weekends!
  • 🎓 Paid Training : Nov 12 – Dec 9 | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (on-site)
  • 🌱 Nesting Period : Dec 10 – Jan 7
  • 🎯 Shift Options : 9 : 30 AM–6 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM–6 : 30 PM (assigned based on business needs)

📞 What You’ll Do

  • Handle 40–50 inbound calls / day about homeowner insurance claims
  • Calm frustrated callers and provide real solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues
  • Be the bridge between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor
  • Document everything like a pro in our claims system
  • Make outbound calls when needed to follow up
  • 🔍 What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves :

  • 📞 1–2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations = gold!)
  • 💪 Thick skin & a cool head under pressure
  • ⌨️ Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • 💬 Strong verbal & written communication
  • 📱 Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
  • 🚗 Reliable transportation
  • Bonus Points :

  • 🏡 Insurance or mortgage experience
  • 🚗 Auto claims or Medicaid / Medicare experience
  • Hard No’s :

  • 🚫 Job hoppers
  • 🚫 No call center experience
  • 🚫 Weak communication skills
  • 📍 Location

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
