Your Mission

• Hunt for new opportunities with 1-step dealers, lumber yards, material houses, and project specifiers
• Drive growth in the building materials category with our industry-leading products
• Deliver competitive pricing, samples, and tailored solutions that win customers
• Take full ownership of inventory, logistics, and customer satisfaction in your region
• Conduct hands-on training and product demos that create confidence and loyalty
• Partner directly with manufacturers to stay ahead of trends and programs
• Lead lunch & learns, spec-driving presentations, and industry events that position Encompass as the go-to partner
• Expand visibility with big-box retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot) through on-site product knowledge and support
