Randstad is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Portfolio Product Manager, Enterprise Platforms , to join our client's team in Washington D.C. This pivotal role drives the transition from a project-based to a product-centric operating model across the Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio, championing the "platform as a product" approach for critical infrastructure and engineering platforms (Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Observability, etc.). Leveraging your strong background in IT infrastructure and enterprise technology, you will bridge portfolio strategy to execution, translating complex business needs into clear product roadmaps for multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will be key to fostering a product mindset across technology and engineering teams, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring continuous delivery achieves critical business outcomes and financial objectives.

- Product Vision & Strategy : Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and comprehensive long-term portfolio-level product roadmap , ensuring deep alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Prioritization & Value Delivery : Guide the prioritization of features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team is focused on high-priority items that deliver maximum business outcome.
- Stakeholder & Team Alignment : Serve as the primary bridge coordinating across DT (Product Management, Engineering, Architecture) and business leaders to ensure cohesive feature development and delivery of business value towards key organizational objectives.
- Agile / SAFe Leadership : Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) , actively participating in portfolio synchronization events and fostering an agile product mindset.
- Performance Metrics : Define and track key success metrics to measure product value, portfolio performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement or necessary strategic pivots.
- Thought Leadership : Capture, develop, and promote effective Product Management practices and standards within the technology organization.
- ?? QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills
- Experience : 11 14 years of relevant experience , including leadership experience managing product teams and influencing executive-level management and key stakeholders.
- Domain Expertise : Strong IT infrastructure background with deep expertise in Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Quality Management, and IT Operations across complex enterprise environments.
- Agile Fluency : Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies, with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.
- Leadership & Communication : Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions .
- Tooling : Hands-on experience with tools like Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityHealth, and similar product / agile management tools.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied experience.
