Personal Lines Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a $2 million premium book of business while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a driven team-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Compensation Package

Salary : $50000 - $60000 annually based on experience
401(k)

Responsibilities

Manage and service a $2 million premium book of business focusing on personal home and auto accounts

Drive new business sales and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business

Maintain and retain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service

Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes

Qualifications / Requirements

Licenses / Certifications : Property and Casualty (PC) license required

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
