Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats with clear, professional, grammatically correct communication
- Identify customer needs, ask effective clarifying questions, and provide accurate, helpful solutions
- Troubleshoot common issues and follow written procedures for a variety of support topics
- Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first mindset; you’ll be empowered to “make it right”
- Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
- Enter orders and update customer/order details accurately in our systems
- Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through to completion
Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role
- Strong computer skills and comfort working in browser-based systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to stay calm with frustrated customers
- Strong problem-solving ability and good judgment
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
