Hybrid Model : Onsite Monday-Thursday; Friday's Remote

Estimated Pay Rate : 57-70 / hour

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with AirTable
• Airtable configuration and project-based application experience is required
• Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
• Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements into actionable objectives.
• Familiarity with large retail operational environments is highly preferred.

This role requires expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, along with a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results. This role will be onsite Monday-Thursday in Beaverton, Oregon, with remote flexability on Friday's.
