Responsibilities

Process Daily / Weekly Consignment Customer Invoicing.
Monthly reconciliation of Consignment Customer accounts and inventory.
Research, resolve, and expedite accounts with past due aging.
Compile various reports for Management & key team members.
Support Staff Accountants by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
Maintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).

Job Requirements

Associates' degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.

Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.

Attention to detail, self-starter, and organization skills.

Basic PC skills, intermediate Excel skills.

Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus.
