Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain analyst to lead the documentation, management, and implementation of supply chain and operations systems and tools. This role combines strategic project management with hands-on process improvement, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between operational needs and technology solutions while ensuring comprehensive documentation and seamless implementation.
Implementation Management
Oversee the deployment of new supply chain and operations systems and tools.
Manage system configurations, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project management for supply chain and operations system implementations.
Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
Manage project budgets, scope, and deliverables while ensuring on-time completion.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Process Documentation & Optimization
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all supply chain and operations workflows.
Create detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and work instructions.
Conduct regular process audits and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document current-state and design future-state processes.
Maintain a centralized knowledge base and ensure version control of all documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with operations teams, IT, procurement, logistics, and other key departments.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership.
Education (minimum education required)
High School Graduate
Preferred Education (i.e. @type of degree)
Bachelor of Arts
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
Proficiency with process mapping tools and documentation software.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and supply chain management software.
3+ years of experience with supply chain or operations systems implementation.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with change management frameworks.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification.

The range for this position is $73,000 to $132,000. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401K benefits, and commissions / incentive compensation depending on role.
