Responsibilities

• Assist in building portfolio of brands at the Management Unit level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programs.
• Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, alliance partners in order to ensure execution of national and local brand plans.
• Assist Field Marketing Manager and Management Unit leadership in executing three‑year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.
• Execute and activate support plans against portfolio of priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities from creative briefing to managing point‑of‑sale and packaging execution.
• Accountable to FMM and MU leadership on maximizing regional investment and activation support (ticket management, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, event management, and on‑site activation execution).
• Work in market regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for our customers and consumers.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field: consumer product experience preferred.
• Love a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with a strong business priorities understanding.
• Build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
• Take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Posting salary range: $68,500.00 – $89,900.00 with a target short‑term incentive of 10% and an average annual benefits spend of $23,000.
