About the Role : Bridge Marina is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee and support our Boating Club, Boat rentals, dock slips, and marina facilities in Lake Hopatcong. This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our guests while supporting and guiding our team.

During the boating season, youll coordinate and oversee daily activities to support boating club members, rental guests, and slip customers, ensuring fleet readiness, safety, and top-tier service. Youll also assist with team development, guest relations, and operational execution. In the off-season, your focus will shift to system enhancements, fleet maintenance, marina improvements, and guest development efforts aimed at ensuring smooth operations for the subsequent season.

What Were Looking For

Available from late April to mid-October including weekends and holidays, with typical hours between 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM (mid-week days off, Tuesdays and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday off).
