Silhouette Security Group is committed to providing Professional Security Personnel certified in accordance with BSIS requirements, focusing on prevention and the safety of both property and individuals, especially within vulnerable communities. The Security Agent will maintain a high visibility presence to prevent all unlawful or inappropriate actions, employing exceptional de-escalation skills and understanding of the unique challenges faced by these populations. The goal is to detect, deter, observe, and report while delivering unparalleled customer service, displaying professionalism in appearance and presence, and effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Essential Functions :

• Safety and Prevention : Protect the company's property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment. Enforce policies and directive of the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Ensures cleanliness and sanitation in collaboration with other staff members.
• Monitoring, Engagement, and Reporting : Observe alarm systems or video cameras, operate detecting / emergency equipment, investigate disturbances & signs of crime or disorder. Develop effective relationships with all guests, employees, and service providers. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic plans of the organization in a productive manner.
• Crisis Response : Serve as a leader in de-escalating critical situations, provide support to individuals experiencing crises, and, if licensed, carry out first aid or CPR. Adhere to appropriate professional boundaries and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Guest Support : Engage with vulnerable individuals with empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity, striving to reduce barriers to housing, shelter, and services. Ensure a diverse, racially-equitable environment and adhere to all Silhouette Security Group policies and procedures.
