We are seeking driven and client-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Planners . In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a financial services practice through personalized coaching and real-world experience in key areas of financial planning. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve financial security and long-term success. Having experience as a financial planner is a plus, but not required.

As a Financial Planner, you will gain hands-on experience in :

• Protection Planning : Advising clients on life, , and long-term care insurance to protect against unforeseen risks and ensure financial stability. Full comprehensive worksite / group product portfolio.
• Investment Strategies : Creating and delivering personalized investment solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and timelines.
• Comprehensive Financial Planning : Providing holistic financial guidance, including retirement planning, education funding, tax efficiency, and estate strategies.

Compensation :

$170,000 - $200,000 at plan
