You'll work closely with the Founder and play a key role in shaping Miss Circle's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube
- Aid the team in the full content lifecycle across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube — from proposed new strategies and creative development to publishing and post analysis.
- Concept, help to shoot and edit native social content videos
- Be present on set for all photoshoots to capture BTS, B-Roll, and Social Content
- Monitor platform trends and quickly turn insights into reactive content
- Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, tags, etc.) in real-time
- Collaborate with PR, Creative, Brand, and Ecomm teams to align assets
- Understand and Support influencer activations and brand moments as needed with live or behind-the-scenes content
- Support influencer and partnership initiatives, helping to source and amplify content from brand collaborators.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or marketingStrong grasp of platform best practices and native content trendsSkilled in shooting and editing short-form video and photography (iPhone and basic apps / tools)Comfortable with fast-paced environments, tight turnarounds, and multitasking across brandsEye for aesthetics, fashion, and visual storytellingFamiliar with tools like Canva, Capcut, Later / Planoly, and / or native platform editorsStrong understanding of influencer marketing, UGC, and brand advocacy strategies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related fieldExperience in Fashion, Wellness, or Lifestyle Verticals is a plus
