About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, leading client meetings, delivering financial advice, and proactively managing relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention. This role involves developing, presenting, and implementing comprehensive financial plans that address a full range of client needs, including cash flow, investments, taxes, insurance, retirement, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising high-net-worth individuals and families, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals with empathy and integrity.
Applicants for the Senior Financial Advisor position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, and a CFP, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred. A Series 65 is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment strategy, and wealth management best practices, as well as proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio reporting tools. The candidate should be able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and possess exceptional organizational skills. Business development experience and a comfort with growth-minded client engagement are a plus.
