At UCLA\nHealth, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients.\nMaintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying\nphysician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV\nproducts. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help\npromote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications;\nprovide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic\ninterchange, IV / PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist\ninterventions).

Schedule : Monday–Friday,\n8 : 00 am - 5 : 00pm (hours may vary based on departmental needs). You are\nrequired to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA\nHealth.

Hourly\nSalary Range : $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary depending\non years of experience)
\n\n
Bargaining\nUnit : HX-UPTE
\n\n
