Brief team / department description :

The Associate Director, Process Optimization plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across the organization. This role serves as a steward of core management system tools and deliverables, while also leading the creation of standardized process documentation for key business activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at driving clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Principle Responsibilities :

Management System Stewardship

• Own and maintain key EPMO templates and tools, including (but not limited to) :
• Roles & Responsibilities matrices
• Corrective Action and Strategic A3 templates
• Investment case request forms (internal)
• Ad-hoc business case templates
• KPI tracking frameworks
• Published process documentation repositories

Process Documentation & Standardization

Continuous Improvement & Governance
