Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing). 5 years working as a Process Engineer in manufacturing. 3 years leading teams in a continuous process environment Strong leadership : You can train and motivate others in a fast-paced setting. Goal-driven : You set clear goals (KPIs) and make sure your team meets them. Team motivator : You inspire people to come up with smart, impactful solutions. Quick thinker : You make smart decisions fast. Problem solver : You spot issues and fix them with creative solutions. Great communicator : You explain ideas clearly to everyone—from teammates to customers. Organized & flexible : You juggle multiple tasks with little supervision. Willing to travel : About 10% travel is expected. Machinery knowledge : You understand how machines work and how to use them effectively.

Pay Range : $127,000 - $140,000
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional efforts to eliminate process bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Oversee setup, validation, and audit systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve quality issues and manage resources effectively.
- Mentor the Plant Engineering Team to foster innovation and growth.
- Align engineering strategies with business goals and report progress to leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement through Six Sigma training and coaching.
