We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI / ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI technologies to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions within the Pharmacy domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain. Solid proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras are essential.

This role will involve close collaboration with Pharmacy Operations and Capability teams. On the Operations side, you’ll engage directly with Pharmacists to understand and solve real-world challenges. On the Capability side, you’ll work with Capability leaders to identify problem areas and co-design AI / ML solutions. You’ll also contribute to broader initiatives in Pharmacy Modernization, aligning with organizational goals to leverage emerging AI technologies for reducing manual work, accelerating delivery, and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).

• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
