Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Lead the daily operations of the Facility Services team, including scheduling, work delegation, and oversight of work qualitySupervise and support maintenance staff, promoting a culture of accountability and teamworkParticipate in hiring, training, and performance feedbackEnsure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, OSHA, and Department of Health standardsMaintain accurate records of work orders, equipment logs, and preventative maintenance schedulesCoordinate generator testing, fire drills, and facility inspectionsRespond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotation as neededCommunicate regularly with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of requestsMaintain departmental inventory and support procurement needs in coordination with leadershipCollaborate with Grounds, Environmental Services, and Skilled Nursing as needed to support cross-departmental goalsInteract with vendors, contractors, and service providersWhat do I need for this role with Frederick Living ?
