As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges and / or substance use disorders at our Greenville, NC clinic.

Your Role in Our Mission :

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups , fostering connection and growth.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary : $50,000 - 57,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $58,000+.
• Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
