The Project Manager for Commercial Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including ground-up projects, and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
