Job Description

Required Education :

High School or equivalent.

Required Qualifications :

2-3 Years exp in Supply Chain, Strong Word / Excel Reports.

Gap analysis, ERP- Oracle, Stock Analysis.

Highlight Material Risks, help with proper warehouse stock / material tracking.

Inventory planning and inventory management experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management processes.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.

Experience with ERP / Inventory control technical transactions.

Good written, verbal, reading and math skills.

Basic computer skills.

Forklift experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain cycle counting strategies that align with company targets.

Strategize to determine and process obsolete material efficiently.

Develop and monitor a program to ensure kanban material is aligned with production volumes.

Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies and potential shortages.

Ensure maintenance and accuracy of all records related to inventory transactions, cycle counts, adjustments, dispositions, audits, etc.

Oversee stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.

Locate items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.

Communicate with the Purchasing Department as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.

Ensure milestones and goals are met.

Perform and assist with general maintenance and cleanup of the warehouse.

Operate forklift as needed.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.
