Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented individual to join our team as SVP of Finance. As the leader of the accounting and finance team, the SVP Finance will report directly to the CEO and will oversee the accounting team, which includes a Controller, Accounting Supervisor, and multiple accountants. The SVP Finance is responsible for the overseeing day-to-day finance operations, driving the companys financial strategy and guiding business decisions. The SVP Finance will partner with leadership to implement scalable systems, processes, and controls that support a high-growth, M&A-focused business. This role requires both strategic leadership and a hands-on approach. The individual will be technically strong, action-oriented, and have excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve Finance Processes

Design and implement scalable accounting processes that ensure accuracy while supporting the organizations growth.

Drive process improvements to reduce month-end close timeline.

Partner with executive leadership to provide streamlined reporting and analysis.

Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
