What You'll Actually Do
Own the entire growth engine - from keyboard to revenue. You'll be in ads manager daily, negotiating with creators directly, and building campaigns that drive both online sales and in-store velocities. This isn't a management role. It's an execution role that eventually earns the right to build a team.
Core Ownership Areas
Performance Marketing (Hands on Keyboard)
- Personally manage and optimize $500K-$1M / month in Meta / Google spend
- Build campaigns, test audiences, write ad copy, analyze creative data yourself
- Design geo-targeted campaigns for our retail partners (especially Kroger launch)

Creator & Influencer Excellence (Direct Relationships)
