Job description

Experience in IT infrastructure services with strong knowledge of servers, storage and backup technologies

Good Understanding of ITIL Processes and frameworks

Experience in backup and storage solutions ensuring data protection and disaster recovery compliance

Good Knowledge to develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and operations

Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage cloud / on premise infrastructure

Experience in monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting system performance to ensure high availability and reliability

Maintain documentation of infra environments, automation scripts and operational procedures
