Responsibilities

• The Engineering Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily clerical operations of the Facility Management department.
• Under the supervision of the Director, perform a variety of administrative duties, including payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, organization of regulatory documents, and maintenance of policies / procedures.
• Serve as the department subject matter expert for HCA Healthcare's CMMS and compliance program, which facilitates scheduling PMs, work order management and vendor management.
• Responsible for supplies and parts management.
