Many Mobile Health Technicians come from backgrounds such as personal training, health coaching, fitness training, nutrition, kinesiology, or exercise science. What Will You Do?
Work in storefronts or in the community, driving mobile scan vans to community centers, gyms, workplaces, health fairs, clinics, and other locationsPerform DEXA scans and receive training, including a week in Austin, TX, with fully covered licensing costsOwn events from setup to tear down, delivering excellent service and making a positive impact on dozens of people dailyHandle general administrative and maintenance duties related to storefronts, machines, vans, and equipmentAssist with other duties as assigned by the Leadership TeamRequirements
Position starts the week of January 19, 2026Must be available to attend UCSD courses and meet eligibility criteriaOnline courses : January 22–23, 2026; In-person courses : February 19–20 or February 26–27, 2026Available to work a regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule and adapt to business needsEvent times vary from 7am–8pm; earlier starts may be required to arrive by 7amResidence in the Greater Bay AreaStandardized test scores (SAT, ACT, ASVAB, etc.) are optional and not the sole hiring factorValid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to lift / carry up to 50 lbsCompensation
Your base hourly rate starts at $27.02 and increases to $33.02 once fully licensed and mobile ready; overtime is available as neededFull-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if monthly revenue and individual goals are met; part-time members (16+ hours / week) receive $250 per monthAnnual bonuses include cash and stock optionsFull-time employees are guaranteed pay for 30 hours per week, with potential to earn moreStock option grants and profit sharing are available to all team members based on performanceCompensation and bonuses are expected to grow as the company growsBenefits
