We are located in mid-southern NH, generally work only in our geographic area and like to stay in our lane as far as what we do. Home repairs & remodeling is the thrust of our business which does not include roofing, gutters, foundations, plumbers, hvac or electrical.  For the outside of our scope trades we have a select group of quality sub-contractors. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling and project management, with expertise in estimating costs and managing contracts. This role requires a hands-on sales approach to remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, concepts and adherence to timelines. The candidate would collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact with potential customers, qualifying them as a good fit for our company.

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for remodeling projects.

Manage the sales process from the first phone call through coordinating jobs to completion .

Lead customer onboarding, ensuring clients feel supported from day one.

Build out the details and specifications of each job to set up our field techs and subcontractors for success.

Handle change orders clearly and professionally.

Use our CRM system and Google Suite as the central hub for customer estimating, communication, project details, and workflow.

Act as the client’s point of contact, bridging communication between homeowners and our project team.

Requirements

Experience in estimating, preferably in residential remodeling, small builds or remediation.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A natural problem-solver who enjoys helping homeowners feel confident and informed.

Comfortable managing the sales cycle and customer relationship from start to finish.

Able to translate client needs into clear project details for field teams and subs.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to confidently use a CRM system as the central access point.

Detail-oriented, with a balance of technical knowledge and customer service.
