Service Area : North Central (coverage area : Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Oak Grove & surrounding) . Plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.

Sign on Bonus : $5000

Schedule : Full Time - Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Weekend rotation every 10 weeks.

Wage Range : $91,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience. Plus, mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile.

The Physical Therapist is primarily responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. Any direct client care provided will be performed as defined by the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
