Job description

A prestigious national law firm with a strong Pacific Northwest presence is seeking an experienced Employment Associate (minimum 3 years) to join its vibrant Washington and national employment law practice. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters in a collegial, teamoriented environment while building a comprehensive practice with the support of a nationally recognized platform.

  • Position : Employment Associate Mid to Senior Level
  • Location : Seattle, WA (hybrid work flexibility)
  • Practice Focus : Employment litigation, with exposure to a broad range of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations
  • Experience Level : Minimum of 3 years, ideally from a large defense firm or a smaller firm handling sophisticated employment defense matters
  • Compensation : $220,000 $340,000 annually (commensurate with experience, education, and training)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years employment litigation experience
  • Broad knowledge of federal and Washington employment laws and regulations
  • Member or pending member of the Washington State Bar
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and client service skills
  • Confident, selfmotivated, and eager to grow within a collegial, clientfocused environment
