ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a CSR with State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Handle new customer sales

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, including P&C license.
  • Prior insurance experience preferred, State Farm staff experience is a huge bonus
  • This is a lead staff person position that will require some management responsibilities
