Flight Watch Coordinator
Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for crewmembers and provides support to the scheduling department.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure ground transportation and hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling schedule
- Implement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delay
- Communicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel Connections
- Serve as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), crew scheduling, and the travel and hotel departments
- Handle high volume of communications, i.e., phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service
Qualifications :

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience / level and skillset.
