    Our client is a contract manufacturer specializes in high-precision grinding and offers a range of complementary services, including EDM, CNC machining, and advanced metrology. The company is certified to ISO and aerospace standards. They serves diverse industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and electronics by producing complex components from challenging materials. In addition to manufacturing, it provides engineering, tooling, and process development support to optimize customer designs and specifications.

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision machining operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
    • Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all manufacturing activities.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for machining tasks.
    • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams as needed.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track production success.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance.

      A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have :
