Resident Aide

Job Type Part-time Description

As a Resident Aide, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

Essential Functions Include:

• Assist with resident ADLs including: mobility, hygiene,, eating and dressing and other needs
• Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care
• Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents

Wage: starting at $16 per hour (+$1.50 shift differential for any shifts worked on 2nd or 3rd shift) *Experience considered

Are you CNA certified? We can add $0.75 per hour to your pay. Certification is not a requirement but we recognize the skill set that can bring to the team.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare preferred.
