Position Overview
We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Support Specialist who combines strong organizational skills with market awareness. This role is a critical bridge connecting the company, customers, and the market, primarily responsible for daily operational tasks, basic financial support, and providing strong back-end support for marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic international team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support (50%)
- Handle daily inquiries, orders, and logistics tracking from US clients (hospitals, medical centers).
- Manage and maintain customer files, sales data, and related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate internal communication with the headquarters and the Tennessee branch to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks.
Marketing & Academic Activity Support (40%)
Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, participating in calls and providing basic product information support.Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in online academic seminars and international industry conferences (e.g., ASTRO).Prepare presentations, technical documentation, and marketing materials for events.Conduct preliminary collection and organization of market information, including competitor activities and industry trends.Manage post-event follow-up, including material distribution and initial collation of customer feedback.Banking & Tax Support (10%)
Assist the branch with daily banking activities, such as document submission and information updates.Organize and prepare financial documents and related files to support the company's tax filing processes.Serve as a basic liaison for communication with external accountants or tax advisors.Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements :
Location : Must reside in or near Memphis, Tennessee, with a stable home-office environment.Education : Bachelor's degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : 1-3 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related field, in roles involving office operations, marketing, or administrative support.Skills : Excellent communication and attention to detail, with a comprehensive "marketing + operations" service mindset.Language : Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting international academic conferences or marketing events.Basic financial knowledge and the ability to assist with banking and tax-related tasks.Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and independently from home.We Offer
