Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Trading Leadership to align organizational structure and talent strategy with performance goals
Manage the full people agenda for the Trading division, acting as a trusted advisor to teams and managers
Contribute to the hiring strategy for trading roles and enhance the Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent
Required Qualifications :
5+ years in HR BP or people leadership roles, with 3+ years in trading firms
Strong personal network within proprietary trading firms or hedge funds
Deep understanding of trading culture and hiring market
Experience in designing trading-specific compensation and incentive plans is a plus
