Schedule Manager
Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid (16 hours / week remote)
Winter Construction is hiring a Schedule Manager to lead and support project scheduling efforts across the company. This role blends technical expertise with team leadership and plays a key part in ensuring accurate schedules, process consistency, and timely project completion.
You’ll work closely with operations, preconstruction, and project teams to manage scheduling tools and processes, mentor junior team members, and support planning efforts from project pursuit through close-out.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead development and management of project schedules across all phase
- Supervise Schedulers, Project Engineers, and Interns supporting scheduling effort
- Maintain and improve Primavera P6 templates, standards, and database tool
- Develop and manage the Project Schedule Plan (Stand & Deliver ) process and schedule review
- Support project teams with delay tracking, documentation, and general conditions claim
- Identify trends across projects and recommend process improvement
- Support training programs and conduct onboarding sessions for new operations team member
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to integrate scheduling with 4D modeling tool
- Serve as point of contact for Primavera P6 administration (in the absence of a Director )
What We’re Looking For :
7+ years of experience in construction scheduling with a commercial general contractorProficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of scheduling best practicesExperience leading or mentoring junior team membersStrong communication and organizational skillsBased in Metro Atlanta or open to relocationWhy Winter?
