Roles and Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
This position may be filled at a Principal or Sr. Principal level.
Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a master's degree; or 9 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma in lieu of a degree.
Requires experience with Deltek Cobra.
Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Requires experience with proposals and program start up.
Requires experience successfully supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm.
Requires experience with all facets of Cost Management including Controller, Labor Cost Management, Material Cost Management, Earned Value Management with external government reporting, Schedule Management and financial forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret level security clearance or higher.
5+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Proficient in Deltek Cobra, SAP, PowerBI.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present to SDS leadership.

This position's standard work schedule is 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $98,100.00 - $147,100.00.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
