Job Description : We are currently seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position located near PORT CHARLOTTE, FL.

Job Details :

Specialty : Emergency Medicine
Shift Model : 24 Physician + 12 APP
Annual Volume : 700-1,000
ICU : Open
EMR : MediTech
APP Support : Yes
Daily Patient Load : 1.95
ED Patients Per Hour : 2.5

Certification & License Requirements :

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

Florida Medical License and DEA

Qualifications :

Must have Medical License and DEA at time of Name Clear

Clean malpractice / background for temp privs

Board Eligible physicians must be boarded for 5 years after residency

ACLS / ATLS certification for Physicians

ACLS / BLS certification for APPs

Additional Information :

Must provide self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation

CV must have MM / YYYY format and gaps explained

All licenses and certifications must be listed on CV

Must have current start date and availability
