Epic MyChart Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Epic MyChart patient portal . This role involves ensuring smooth patient access to medical records, test results, appointment scheduling, and messaging. The analyst works with clinicians and IT teams to optimize the MyChart experience, troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, test new features, maintain security and privacy standards, and provide user training or documentation.

Key skills : Epic MyChart certification, system analysis, problem-solving, communication, and healthcare workflow knowledge.
