  • Guaranteed Hours : 48 hours per biweekly pay period (equivalent to 24 hours per week guaranteed)\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100-$2250\n

    • \n\nEmergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience\n
  • Previous travel nursing experience required\n
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred\n
  • Active New York State Registered Nurse License\n
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)\n
  • Strong clinical skills in trauma, STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and pediatric emergency care\n
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and judgment skills\n
  • Dedication to patient safety, reliability, and high-quality clinical care\n

    • \n\nER RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations\n
  • Serve as primary or accountable nurse for assigned patients\n
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management\n
  • Safely administer medications and adhere to hospital and nursing policies\n
  • Promote productivity and effective resource utilization in the emergency department\n
  • Comply with all nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital protocols\n
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education\n
  • Integrate evidence-based nursing research into clinical practice\n
  • Support new employees and nursing students in a collaborative learning environment\n
  • Perform Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator duties as assigned\n
