A busy community practice in southwestern Vermont is adding a Family Medicine physician to its team of 1 Physician and 3 Nurse Practitioners. This group is Recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
About this Opportunity
- 34 patient contact hours
- Call 1 : 6
- Total outpatient with NO hospital work
- The average daily patient census is 13-20
